How much is sitting in abandoned carts?

Revenue in abandoned checkouts = checkouts started per month × abandonment rate × average order value. Recovered revenue = that figure × the recovery rate you expect.
Use your own numbers where you can. In Shopify, the Abandoned checkouts page and your analytics show how many checkouts were started and not completed. The abandonment rate starts at 70% because Baymard Institute's average of 50 studies is 70.22%, but your store's real rate is the better number.
Recovery rate is your assumption, so it starts low. A reminder email sequence (and SMS where customers have opted in) is usually the first thing to set up, followed by fixing the reasons people leave: surprise shipping costs, forced account creation and a slow or confusing checkout.
