They get a free first piece of work before spending a penny, then a clear plan and milestone pricing. You're copied in only if you want to be.

You're paid on every milestone
Each time they pay a milestone, your share (10% to 20%, depending on project size) goes to you within 7 days, by whatever method you prefer.
The bigger the project, the bigger your share
Your rate is set by the total value of the project your contact hires me for, and applies to every milestone they pay. Projects under $500 don't earn commission.

Questions
Do I need to sell anything?
No. An introduction is all it takes. I handle every conversation, proposal and question from there.
I'd rather not take money. Is there another option?
Yes. Choose work instead of cash and your commission becomes credit of the same value you can spend on your own business: a Google profile tune-up, website fixes, a landing page, review requests, an auto-reply or a LinkedIn refresh. Many partners prefer it.
When exactly do I get paid?
Within 7 days of each milestone payment clearing, in cash or as work credit, whichever you chose. If a client pays in three stages, you're rewarded three times.
Is there a cap?
No cap on referrals and no cap on earnings. Introduce five businesses and you earn on all five.
How long does an introduction count?
Six months from the day you introduce them. If they come back and hire me in that window, you're credited.
How do you pay?
Your choice: Wise, PayPal or bank transfer. Partners in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and elsewhere are all welcome.
My profession doesn't allow referral fees. Can I still take part?
Yes. Lawyers, therapists and other regulated professionals often can't accept referral fees. Just tick the box and I'll pass your commission to your contact as a discount instead.
What if my contact isn't ready yet?
That's fine. They still get the free first piece of work, there's no pressure, and your credit lasts six months.
Will you contact them out of nowhere?
Only with your permission. Tell me whether you've already mentioned me, and I'll reach out in a way that makes you look good.
