01 — The challenge
Chargers, keyboards and desk lamps are sold everywhere. The store needed a reason to buy here: a point of view, a premium feel, and a curated range that looks chosen rather than bulk-listed.
02 — What I did
- 01Positioned the range as “The 2026 Workspace Edit”: a small, curated selection for people who treat their desk as a statement.
- 02A custom theme with magazine-style typography and full-bleed imagery, pairing each featured product with the moment it's used.
- 03Clear buying reassurance — vetted products, 24–48 hour dispatch, free shipping over $75, 30-day returns — and a welcome offer to capture first-time visitors.
03 — Process
- 01PositionA curated edit, not a catalogue.
- 02DesignCustom editorial theme and product storytelling.
- 03CaptureWelcome offer and reassurance to turn visitors into first orders.
