A WhatsApp property assistant that answers in English and Arabic, from voice notes or text

01 — The challenge
In busy property markets, enquiries arrive on WhatsApp all day, often as voice notes and in more than one language. Answering fee and process questions by hand takes hours, and serious buyers get lost among general questions.

02 — How it works, step by step

- 01Customer
A buyer sends a voice note or text
They ask on WhatsApp the way they normally would, often by voice.
Harbour HomesWhatsApp · example🎤 Voice note · 0:12 · "What fees do I pay buying an off-plan flat?"
- 02AI
The voice note is transcribed and understood
Voice notes are turned into text, in English or Arabic, including local dialect.
- 03AI
General questions get a grounded answer
Questions about fees, process or areas are answered from the agency's own documents, with the source shown.
Harbour HomesWhatsApp · exampleFor off-plan purchases there's a registration fee and an admin fee. I can send the full breakdown. Are you looking to buy soon?
- 04AI
Buyers are recognised and qualified
When someone wants to buy, the assistant collects property type, area, bedrooms, budget and timeline, and asks only for what's missing.
Harbour HomesWhatsApp · exampleYes, 2 bed in the Marina, budget 2M, within 3 months
Thanks. I've passed this to our team and someone will call you tomorrow morning.

Returning customers aren't wiped
If they come back days later and leave something out, the assistant keeps what they said before.

Build and connect
I load your documents, connect WhatsApp and the lead database, and set the qualifying rules.

Test together
We send voice notes and texts in both languages, as buyers and as general enquirers, and check every answer.

06 — Questions owners ask
Will customers know it's automated?
They should, and it says so up front. People mostly care that they get a fast, accurate answer and can reach a person when they need one.
How does it know the answers are right?
It only answers from your documents and shows the source. If something isn't covered, it says so and passes the question on.
What if it gets something wrong?
It works from your own information, hands over anything it isn't sure about, and every conversation is logged so you can see exactly what was said and fix the rule.
What does it cost to run?
Running costs are the messaging and AI usage, usually a small monthly amount at a small business's volume. Set-up is a one-off cost. I give a fixed quote after the discovery call.
