01 — The challenge
The academy runs some of the biggest kids' street dance shows in LA, but its website wasn't telling Google what it does. The page title was too short, there was no meta description, and the on-page SEO score sat at 31.
02 — What I did
- 01Audited the Google Business Profile line by line: service areas, categories, hours, description and social links.
- 02Fixed the on-page basics: title tags, meta descriptions, headings and analytics.
- 03Published geo-tagged posts using the academy's own show photography, and labelled images for Pasadena and nearby areas.
- 04Built citations and backlinks and created new pages for the main classes.
03 — Process
- 01AuditProfile review and a full website audit.
- 02FixOn-page SEO fixed in a day: 31 to 97.
- 03SignalGeo-tagged posts, citations and backlinks.
