01 — The challenge

Tourists and locals search Google for gifts and African crafts in Cape Town, but Safara's profile was asleep. No products, no recent posts, and it didn't appear for the searches its customers were making.

02 — What I did

  1. 01Rewrote the description and categories around how people search for gifts and artisan goods in Cape Town.
  2. 02Added seven products with clear titles, photos and links back to the online store.
  3. 03Published 15 keyword-led Google posts featuring products and the Camps Bay shop.
  4. 04Checked NAP consistency and linked the profile to Safara's social accounts.

03 — Process

  1. 01ResearchKeywords and competitor profiles in Cape Town.
  2. 02RebuildDescription, categories, photos and products.
  3. 03Activate15 Google posts in three weeks.
