A rebranded bingo hall near New Orleans took 1,577 calls from Google

01 — The challenge

After a change of name and owners, regulars and new players were still searching for the old hall. The new name needed its own Google listing with the right hours and session times, and an easy way to call.

02 — What I did

1. 01Set up and verified a new Google Business Profile under the new name, with categories, hours, photos and contact details filled in.
2. 02Published Google posts every week about bingo sessions, games and what's on, so the profile stayed active and gave people a reason to call.
3. 03Tracked calls, directions and website clicks each month from the profile's own performance report.
