01 — The challenge
Custom watches are built to order, so buyers are paying for something they can't see yet. The store needed to make personalisation simple and give people enough confidence to buy a watch that doesn't exist until they order it.
02 — What I did
- 01A build-your-own product page: pick the case, dial and dial print, then add your own watch to the cart.
- 02A catalogue of 100+ watches organised into named collections, so browsing feels like choosing a line, not scrolling a list.
- 03A trust layer across the store: 1-year warranty, 30-day returns and free worldwide shipping up front, customer reviews, a step-by-step “how it's made” section and a full FAQ.
03 — Process
- 01StructureCollections, model lines and the configurator flow.
- 02DesignClean, product-first pages that let the watches carry the brand.
- 03ConvertWarranty, returns, reviews and a first-order offer at the right moments.

04 — Results

05 — Outcome
A store where a made-to-order product feels as easy to buy as one off the shelf.
