01 — The challenge

People looking for a family lawyer are often searching late at night, in a hard moment, comparing three or four firms. Sites full of legal jargon and a generic contact form lose them before they ever speak to a solicitor.

02 — What I did

  1. 01Led with calm, plain-English reassurance and a fixed-fee first consultation people can book themselves.
  2. 02Wrote a page for each practice area that explains the process, the likely cost and the first step, built to rank for local searches.
  3. 03Built an intake form that routes each enquiry to the right solicitor and sends an instant, careful reply out of hours.
  4. 04Set up feedback requests after a matter closes, with replies that never discuss a client's case.

03 — Process

  1. 01FindPractice-area pages and a Google profile for local search.
  2. 02ReassureClear process, fees and reviews shown before the first call.
  3. 03BookIntake, routing and consultation booking straight into the diary.

04 — Results

Concept buildThis is a design for a fictional business, so there are no results to report. Ask me about real work on a call.

05 — Outcome

This is a concept, so there are no client results. It shows how I help firms turn searches into booked consultations without adding work for the team.
