01 — The challenge

Trades lose work every day because nobody can answer the phone from under a sink. Homeowners also compare on proof: photos of real jobs, recent reviews and a clear price. A brochure site with a phone number gives them none of that.

02 — What I did

  1. 01Put "get a fixed quote" and the phone number in the first screen, with Gas Safe and same-day call-out reassurance beside them.
  2. 02Built a page for each service and area covered, each with real job photos, so the business ranks for "boiler repair near me" searches.
  3. 03Set up a missed-call text-back with a quote form, plus an "on the way" text so customers know when the engineer will arrive.
  4. 04Every finished job triggers a review request with a photo of the work.

03 — Process

  1. 01FindService and area pages plus a Google profile full of job photos.
  2. 02TrustReviews and before-and-after photos on every service page.
  3. 03WinText-back, quote form and on-the-way updates.

04 — Results

Concept buildThis is a design for a fictional business, so there are no results to report. Ask me about real work on a call.

05 — Outcome

This is a concept, so there are no client results. It shows the system I set up for trades: get found, prove the work, and stop losing jobs to missed calls.
