Concept build: a fictional business, not a client
A dental website built for nervous patients and busy families

01 — The challenge
Most dental sites list treatments and stop there. A new patient comparing practices wants to know three things fast: can I get in soon, what will it cost, and will they be gentle with me. If the site doesn't answer those, the call goes to the practice down the road.
02 — What I did
- 01Put booking and a click-to-call button in the first screen, with the reassurance nervous patients look for right beside them.
- 02Gave every treatment its own page with price guidance and plain answers, so each one can rank for local searches like "emergency dentist near me".
- 03Showed recent Google reviews on the homepage, each with a reply written to be privacy-safe: thanking the reviewer without confirming any treatment.
- 04Added a missed-call text-back and appointment reminders, so calls the front desk can't answer still turn into bookings.
03 — Process
- 01FindTreatment pages and a Google profile set up for local search.
- 02TrustReview requests after visits, replies, and reviews shown where patients decide.
- 03BookOnline booking, missed-call text-back and reminders.

04 — Results
Concept buildThis is a design for a fictional business, so there are no results to report. Ask me about real work on a call.
05 — Outcome
This is a concept, so there are no client results. It shows the system I set up for real practices: get found, earn trust, and turn more enquiries into booked appointments.
